  4. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. For other international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support.

  5. Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that these are approximate delivery times and may be subject to unforeseen delays.

  6. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

Returns and Refunds

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
